Two styles available: 1/4" diameter braided polyester lanyard and 5/8" flat polyester lanyard. Available with choice of many colors and attachments. For braided lanyard, custom printing available on Diamond Slider (multi-color); for flat lanyards, custom printing available on lanyard (up to 2 colors). Safety Break-Away clasp optional on braided style, standard on flat style. Fast and economical.

Packaging

Lanyards are bundled in polybags of 100. Additional charges may apply for other quantities or special requests. Call for a quote.

Custom Printing Specifications

Standard Pantone (PMS) Colors

See Lanyard and Badge Reel sections for imprinting color choices. We default to Pantone "c" unless otherwise specified. PMS colors shown may vary slightly from actual final product. Metallic colors are not available on standard domed labels or dye sublimated printing. We can match any Pantone color that is not included in the standard selection. A Pantone color match charge may apply.

Artwork Specifications

Modifications to artwork, should they be required, will be quoted on a per order basis. A minimum charge applies. (No photocopies or faxes will be accepted.)

The following file formats are acceptable:

Adobe Illustrator CS2 or less

All fonts converted to "OUTLINES" and saved as an .ai or .eps file.

Corel Draw 12

Pagemaker 6.5

QuarkXpress 4.0

Adobe Photoshop CS or less

Files saved as .tiff, .bmp, .jpg, .psd or .gif
Minimum DPI: 150
Logos from web sites do NOT print well and are NOT acceptable.

Set-Up Charges

A set-up charge may apply to orders. Call for details.

Rush Charges

We will do everything possible to meet your required delivery dates. Under certain conditions items may be moved up in the production schedule. Additional charges may apply. Please call for details.

Cancellation

Orders may be subject to a cancellation charge to compensate for any costs incurred prior to cancellation (i.e. artwork charges, printing plates, etc.)

Returns

No returns on custom-printed products are accepted unless resulting from manufacturing error and must be authorized in writing. Product samples to verify your claim must be submitted within 30 days.

Notes:
Please specify the name and type of the files being sent. All files should have a resolution of 150 dpi or higher. Please DO NOT embed files in a Microsoft Word® file. It is preferred that artwork be provided in the above formats. Also include a color copy for color breakdown only. Pre-production custom-imprinted samples are available. Actual increments are in millimeters. Fractions are approximate. Contact your sales representative for more information.
